Warhammer 40K: 11th Edition Release Celebration Tournament

The new edition is here and we're celebrating in style. Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon has launched the most anticipated new edition in years, and we want to get the community together on the battlefield to mark the occasion. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just cracking open your first box, this is the event to ring in 11th Edition with!

• Date: Saturday, June 27th
• Registration: 10:00AM
• Games Start: 11:00AM
• Entry Fee: $10
• Format: 1,000 Point Matched Play - Army of Your Choosing
• Event Structure: Swiss, 3 Rounds
• Estimated Wrap Time: 6:00 - 6:30PM

FORMAT
Each player brings a 1,000 point army of their choosing built under standard 11th Edition rules. No faction restrictions, no special event rules - just your models, your list, and the new edition ruleset. All scoring follows standard 11th Edition matched play scoring. To keep things fair and interesting, players will be asked to note their faction at sign-up so we can distribute matchups as evenly as possible and avoid mirror matches wherever we can.

ROUND STRUCTURE

• Round 1: 11:00AM - 1:0PM
• Lunch Break: 1:30PM - 2:00PM
• Round 2: 2:00PM - 4:00PM
• Round 3: 4:00PM - 6:00PM
• Awards: 6:00PM - 6:30PM

YOUR ENTRY, YOUR CHOICE
With your $10 entry fee, you get to choose how you want to play for prizes:

Option A - Competitive Prizing: Opt into the standard event prizing track and compete for store credit awards based on your final standing and performance.

Option B - Raffle Entry: Opt into a raffle drawing for our 11th Edition Celebration Prize Bundle, a curated collection of hobby essentials put together just for this event! 11th Edition Celebration Prize Bundle includes:

• Set of dice
• Tape measure
• Paint handle
• Sprue trimmers
• Warhammer blind bag pins
• Four Horsemen gift card

AWARDS
Three awards will be presented at the conclusion of the event:

• Best General - awarded to the player with the highest overall score across all three rounds
• Best Painted Army - awarded by player vote to the most impressive army on the table
• The R&R Award (Rest & Relaxation) - a special recognition for the player who may not have conquered the battlefield but brought great sportsmanship and good vibes to the table all day. Everyone has those days, and we appreciate the ones who keep smiling through it.

WHAT TO BRING

• Your 1,000 point army, fully assembled
• Your printed or digital army list
• Building your list in the Warhammer 40k App is preferable
• Either bring your Codex or know how to access your army rules via the 40k App or outside sources such as Wahapedia
• All dice, templates, and measuring tools needed to play
• Your faction noted at check-in
• A good attitude - this is a celebration, not just a competition!

A NOTE ON PAINTING
While a fully painted army is not required to participate, it IS required to be eligible for the Best Painted Army award. We encourage everyone to bring their best-looking force and show off what they've been working on!
